What are the dimensions of the heated cat house?

The exterior measures approximately 25.6 inches long by 13.4 inches wide by 17.7 inches high. Compare these measurements with your cat's size before ordering.

Is the heating pad included?

Yes. The cat house includes a removable electric warming pad with a waterproof inner layer and a soft plush outer cover.

Can the heated cat house be used outdoors?

Yes, it is designed for appropriately protected outdoor placement. Position it under cover and protect the shelter, plug and electrical connections from severe weather, flooding and standing water.

Is the entire cat house completely waterproof?

The shelter features a waterproof coated roof and weather-resistant Oxford-fabric exterior. It should still be placed in a covered area and should not be submerged or exposed to flooding and standing water.

Why does the cat house have two doors?

The dual-door design gives cats an additional entrance and exit route, which can help them feel more comfortable using an outdoor shelter.

The cable has a chew-resistant protective covering, but no cord should be considered completely chew-proof. Inspect the cable regularly and stop using the heating pad if any damage is found.

Can the heating pad cover be removed for cleaning?

Yes. The plush outer cover can be removed for cleaning. Disconnect and remove the electrical heating component before cleaning, and follow the included care instructions.

Does the cat house need to be connected to an outlet?
