Your Right to Withdraw

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

To exercise your right to withdraw, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by:

• Email: Contact us through our store's contact page
• Clearly stating your name, order number, and your decision to withdraw

Returning Your Items

After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exceptions

The right to withdraw does not apply to:

• Perishable goods
• Sealed items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Customized or personalized products
• Digital products once download has begun
